Support for people working in health during the COVID-19 pandemic

Ma tini ma mano ka rapa te whai.
By many, by thousands, the work will be accomplished. Unity is strength.

Illustration of a green germ.Resilient health care systems recognise that people are our health systems greatest asset due to their ability to respond to emerging needs in their everyday work. This page intends to help you respond by providing information on topics that we have heard are important to you.

Diverse organisations, teams and individuals will be providing care during the COVID-19 pandemic in community and hospital settings. We aim to provide information about how you can support yourselves and others, including consumers, teams and colleagues which complements and aligns with Ministry of Health resources. For the most up-to-date information about COVID-19, visit the Ministry of Health website.

As the information regarding COVID-19 moves rapidly, the information is provided as links (as much as possible) so that it is regularly updated, to best ensure current and appropriate resources.

A group of clinicians forms the governance that reviews all documents and links prior to uploading onto this section of the website.

If you have a link or request for information to support you in your everyday work please email info@hqsc.govt.nz with ‘COVID-19’ in the subject line and the governance group will consider your request.
